Jim has 38 years experience in construction. He started out doing rehab jobs for the customers of his realtor wife Chris. Soon after, he opened a cabinet and Corian shop which he ran for 10 years. He moved to Florida in 1994, and took a job with a commercial construction company as a construction manager. After working for two other builders, he made the decision to return to self employment and has not looked back.
